Lifelong Learning
Here at Thrive we are committed to providing exceptional quality in Early Education and have partnered with industry leading programs to support our Thrive Learning Curriculum to give your child the best possible start in life
Bonjour Babies, (French Language Program)
Research shows that early exposure to a second language facilitates growth and integration of the developing brain, leading to improved cognitive functioning and superior reading, writing, analytical and even social skills.
GrowFit, (Sports Education)
GrowFit provides specialised early childhood health education and gross motor development classes which will encourage and promote positive health awareness and knowledge. This takes place in a safe and educational environment, where children can strengthen both mind and body, whilst developing self-confidence and personal motivation.
MUNCH & MOVE
Munch & Move is fun play-based NSW Health initiative that supports the healthy development of children birth to 5 years by promoting physical activity, healthy eating and encourages limiting small screen recreation through six positive, health promoting key messages. The Munch & Move program fits within the new National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Early childhood is the ideal time for children to develop and practice healthy eating and physical activity habits; this includes learning a range of fundamental movement skills that will help children take part in and enjoy physical activity throughout their lives.
Children spend a substantial amount of time in early childhood settings including preschools, long day care services and family day care services. Because so many children attend these services, they provide ideal settings to increase awareness of appropriate physical activity and healthy eating habits.
Establishing sound eating and activity habits from an early age gives children the best chance of leading a healthy life and maintaining a healthy weight. Munch & Move supports the NSW Government’s priority of preventing childhood overweight and obesity.
